Solveya terms of service
These terms define responsible use of Solveya, including accounts, courses, store products, messaging, uploads, payments, and AI tools.
Accounts and roles
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials safe. Instructors are responsible for the learning spaces, courses, products, and moderation choices they publish.
Course and product access
Paid or restricted materials are available only to users with the correct purchase, enrollment, or permission state. Sharing protected links or attempting to bypass access checks is not allowed.
Content responsibility
Instructors and users remain responsible for files, course material, store assets, messages, comments, and AI prompts they upload or publish.
Service limits
The platform may rate-limit, restrict, or pause activity that affects stability, safety, provider costs, fraud prevention, or the experience of other users.
Enforcement
The platform may remove content, restrict access, or suspend abusive activity where safety, legal compliance, payment integrity, or platform reliability require it.
