This policy protects Solveya from abuse, fraud, unsafe content, spam, payment misuse, and attempts to bypass access controls.

No abuse or bypassing

Users must not probe, attack, overload, scrape, bypass paywalls, bypass protected downloads, or attempt to access instructor or student data without permission.

Messaging and community

Spam, harassment, impersonation, credential sharing, malicious links, and abusive reports are not allowed in messages, comments, live sessions, or support channels.

Uploads and files

Uploaded files must be lawful, safe, and relevant. Malware, stolen material, unauthorized personal data, and deceptive files are prohibited.

AI use

AI tools should be used for legitimate learning and teaching. Users must not use them to generate harmful instructions, private data extraction, or abusive automation.

Payment integrity

Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, coupon abuse, resale of protected products without permission, and manipulation of checkout flows are prohibited.
